We all started out in the insurance space being agents, some field and some telesales. Several of us worked our way up to management roles while others remained agents or took various other roles in their respective companies. Truth is, no matter who went where, everyone could see the gaps in the foundation. Contracting was always a nightmare, good candidates were hard to come by, training became something that was more and more necessary, and agencies didn’t know how to effectively track their book of business or retention on those books.

Enough was enough. We decided to band together and fix that critical need to find the good candidates, get them as quickly and efficiently to where they needed to be for the companies they wanted to go to work for. Everyone deserves to have all the tools they need to be successful, so we arm agencies and agents alike with those tools.
